Role Overview
The General Manager provides overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight of the hotel, ensuring world-class guest experience, financial sustainability, and brand excellence in line with international 5-star standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all hotel operations and strategic initiatives
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and service quality
- Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and profitability
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the executive management team
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and brand standards
- Represent the hotel to owners, government authorities, and key partners
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 8 years' senior hotel management experience, with at least 5 years at executive level in a luxury hotel
