JOB DETAILS:

Role Overview

The General Manager provides overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight of the hotel, ensuring world-class guest experience, financial sustainability, and brand excellence in line with international 5-star standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all hotel operations and strategic initiatives
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and service quality
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and profitability
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate the executive management team
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and brand standards
• Represent the hotel to owners, government authorities, and key partners

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum 8 years' senior hotel management experience, with at least 5 years at executive level in a luxury hotel
