JOB DETAILS:

JOB OVERVIEW:

Net Deployment general worker is responsible for setting nets into cages, removing nets from cages and making net exchange and ensuring that nets are handled with care during deployment.

KEY DUTIES:

• Preparation of nets for deployments in the cages
• Deploying nets in the cages.
• Performing net exchanges as a team.
• Ensure ropes and nets are always tied and secured properly.
• Removing nets and ensuring there no damages on the nets.
• Maintain a neat and tidy work area.
• Ensuring that all Equipment are kept in good condition.
• Ensure you and your team adhere to all established Yalelo Uganda Health and Safety Policies.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor / Line Manager.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education
• Experience in cage farming is a bonus.
• Action and detail oriented.
• Should be meticulous in work.
• Should be physically fit and flexible.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: high school
