GOLD PROCESSING & CARBON LEACHING SPECIALIST

NAMAYINGO, UGANDA

FULL-TIME | ON-SITE

MWMG Investments Africa Ltd is seeking an experienced professional to lead and optimize our gold processing operations. You will play a key role in ensuring high recovery rates, efficiency, safety, and operational excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise mineral processing operations from crushing, grinding, leaching to gold recovery.
• Manage Carbon-in-Leach (CIL) and Carbon-in-Pulp (CIP) processes.
• Monitor plant performance, recovery rates, and process efficiency.
• Conduct metallurgical testing and process optimization.
• Optimize reagent consumption and operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards.
• Train and supervise processing plant personnel.
• Prepare technical and production reports.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Metallurgy, Mineral Processing, Chemical Engineering, Mining Engineering, or related field.
• Proven hands-on experience in gold processing operations.
• Strong knowledge of CIL, CIP, gravity concentration, and gold recovery circuits.
• Experience with ball mills, wet pan mills, leaching tanks, and related processing equipment.
• Ability to work in a remote operational environment.
• Experience in East African mining operations is an added advantage.
