JOB DETAILS:
Job Description
- Carry out various human resource management tasks under the guidance of the HR manager.
- Establish and improve labor and personnel files and dynamically manage employee rosters.
- Responsible for employee attendance management and the management and implementation of leave procedures.
- Responsible for the execution and implementation of employee recruitment plans.
- Responsible for the organization, execution and implementation of employee training plans.
- Responsible for the management and implementation of employee resignation interviews and resignation handovers.
- Responsible for the management of employee labor discipline and penalties for violations.
- Responsible for the preparation, distribution, analysis of labor wages and the preparation of labor and personnel statistical reports.
- Optimize processes, respond to employee inquiries and complaints, and improve employee experience and satisfaction.
- Complete other matters assigned by the leader.
Job Requirements
- More than 5 years working experience in HR.
- Age 28-40 years old.
- Speaking Chinese is a plus.
