Job Description

  1. Carry out various human resource management tasks under the guidance of the HR manager.
  2. Establish and improve labor and personnel files and dynamically manage employee rosters.
  3. Responsible for employee attendance management and the management and implementation of leave procedures.
  4. Responsible for the execution and implementation of employee recruitment plans.
  5. Responsible for the organization, execution and implementation of employee training plans.
  6. Responsible for the management and implementation of employee resignation interviews and resignation handovers.
  7. Responsible for the management of employee labor discipline and penalties for violations.
  8. Responsible for the preparation, distribution, analysis of labor wages and the preparation of labor and personnel statistical reports.
  9. Optimize processes, respond to employee inquiries and complaints, and improve employee experience and satisfaction.
  10. Complete other matters assigned by the leader.

Job Requirements

  1. More than 5 years working experience in HR.
  2. Age 28-40 years old.
  3. Speaking Chinese is a plus.
