Job Overview:
The Steward is responsible for maintaining kitchen cleanliness, washing dishes, utensils, and equipment, and supporting kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, cutlery, and kitchen tools.
  • Clean kitchen surfaces, floors, and equipment.
  • Manage waste disposal and recycling.
  • Assist with receiving and storing deliveries.
  • Support cooks and chefs with basic food prep as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards.
  • Develop and update cocktail and beverage menus.
  • Oversee bar operations, including stock control and ordering.
  • Train and supervise bartenders and bar staff.
  • Ensure consistent drink quality and presentation.
  • Maintain bar cleanliness and organization.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries.
