The Ericsson Wallet Platform (EWP) empowers operators and banks to provide secure mobile financial services. These customers demand excellence in security, integration, operation, and customization. We seek a customer-focused leader with strong experience in team leadership, solution design, and service delivery. You will lead a team of MFS Solution Architects and Cloud experts to roll out EWP and oversee application development. You’ll also serve as a member of the Head of MFS Service Delivery Leadership Team.
What You’ll Do

  •    Own contractual scope and solution requirements.
    •    Establish and execute a technical design authority model per MFS best practices.
    •    Align product roadmap and strategy with customer needs.
    •    Act as escalation point for deployment projects around design and integration.
    •    Ensure quality assurance for deliverables from Solution Architects and Business Analysts.
    •    Develop team capabilities and lead by example in compliance, ethics, and leadership.
    •    Support recruitment of top FinTech talent, ensuring diversity.
    •    Oversee delivery execution per contracts, KPIs, SLAs, and targets.
    •    Manage Work Level Agreements, Service Level Agreements, and customer escalations.
    •    Promote consultative approaches, adapt ways of working to local customs in line with Code of Conduct and OHS standards.
    •    Build productive teams, guarantee business continuity, and ensure customer satisfaction.
    •    Maintain financial, quality, OHS, and performance measurement systems.
    •    Participate in customer meetings and nurture long-term relationships.
    •    Identify and implement best practices, lead improvement programs, and leverage internal/external networks.
    •    Ensure adherence to global processes, methods, and tools.
    •    Drive strategy development, address performance barriers, and manage change.
    •    Promote standardization and reuse across MFS program verticals.

What You Bring

  •    10–15 years in leadership roles within telecom and/or ICT.
    •    5+ years in FinTech as a technology partner for major telecom operators.
    •    Hands-on experience with Ericsson Wallet Platform is a plus.
    •    Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment.
    •    Customer-first, result-oriented mindset.
    •    Proven ability to lead cross-cultural, cross-functional teams and create synergies.
    •    Resilient in stressful and ambiguous situations.
    •    Flexibility to work across diverse delivery units (complexity, maturity, scale).
    •    Analytical skills to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities.
    •    Strong understanding of Ericsson’s Business Process, Financial, and Delivery models.
    •    Solid business, operational, and financial acumen.
    •    Expertise in resource planning and talent development.
    •    University degree in Technology or Economics; MSc, MBA, or equivalent preferred.
