Hub Supervisor
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in a supervisory or team lead role, preferably in logistics, collections, or waste management.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of waste management processes and environmental best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in basic record-keeping and reporting.
Reporting to: CEO
Location: Kampala, Uganda
Type: Full-Time
Start date: 20th February 2026
