Background
Donswift is hiring a Human Resource Officer for a client in the Agricultural and Gardening Equipment industry.
Job Duties
The Human Resource Officer will be responsible for:
- Providing guidance on company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.
- Addressing employee concerns and implementing initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
- Identifying training needs and coordinating programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- A strong understanding of Uganda labour laws and regulations.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
