Role Overview

The Human Resources Director leads talent acquisition, development, and workforce strategy to support a high-performance service culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations
  • Ensure compliance with Ugandan labor laws and internal policies
  • Develop employee engagement, welfare, and retention programs
  • Advise executive management on HR strategy and organizational development

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field; professional HR certification preferred
  • Minimum 6 years' experience in senior HR leadership roles
