Role Overview
The Human Resources Director leads talent acquisition, development, and workforce strategy to support a high-performance service culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations
- Ensure compliance with Ugandan labor laws and internal policies
- Develop employee engagement, welfare, and retention programs
- Advise executive management on HR strategy and organizational development
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field; professional HR certification preferred
- Minimum 6 years' experience in senior HR leadership roles
