Lotus Brand Limited is hiring an IT Agent (50) with the following duties and responsibilities;

Location: Gabba, Kampala

Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: UGX 450,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide IT support and technical assistance
• Handle online tasks and system operations
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
• Troubleshoot system and network issues
• Assist clients with IT-related inquiries
• Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations
• Report daily work progress to supervisors

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of computer systems and internet use
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure; disciplined and hardworking
• Ability to work long hours and in a team environment
• Prior experience in IT support is an added advantage
• Fast learner and able to follow instructions
• Must be able to read and understand English
