JOB DETAILS:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement ICT procedures and forms.
• Design modern ICT solutions.
• Ensure compliance with ICT policies.
• Maintain system infrastructure and end-user devices.
• Manage inventory and asset tracking.
• Provide first-line IT support and troubleshoot network issues.
• Collaborate with users for system enhancements.
• Oversee external suppliers and ICT training programs.
• Prepare periodic reports for management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in ICT or Computer Science.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a reputable organization.
• Industry certification (CISCO, Microsoft, or Oracle).
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Team player, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
