The British High Commission will be hosting all interested suppliers for a pre-bid meeting scheduled to take place on the 31st of July 2026 from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm covering all four tenders.
The session will be conducted virtually via Microsoft Teams. Suppliers are therefore requested to provide valid email addresses to ensure they receive the meeting invitation and access link.
Terms and Conditions

Suppliers' companies are required to have proof of registration including Certificate of Incorporation, trading licence and tax compliance certificate with over five (5) years working experience.

Supplier is required to have previous contracts of similar nature within required locations and with government institutions as clients, including details of scope of work, clients, and industry.

The company should have an updated Health and Safety Policy.

The company should have a Human Resource policy in place and proof of Workmen's compensation policy.
All interested suppliers are required to share their full names, mobile telephone contacts and company name with the above documentation on Kampala.Procurement@fcdc.gov.uk by 29th July 2026.
