St Francis Day & Boarding Primary School – Ntinda is in the process to
the quality suppliers and Service Providers for the period 2025– 2027.
Sealed applications are therefore invited from reputable and competent
time to be pre-qualified to supply the following goods, services and
works:

A. Pre-qualification submission will be evaluated in accordance with the guidelines stated in the prequalification document. Pre-qualification is open to all eligible business.
B. Interested eligible fooders may obtain further information from the School District at the address given below, from 8.00 a.m. – 5.00 a.m., Monday – Friday, except public holidays.
C. A Time pre-qualification committee in English can be purchased upon payment of a non-refundable fee of US$2, 100,000 (Uganda Stillings) who handled thousand days of the each LOY NO. The school of payment will be set up at Stanley Bank Account Account No. 503021055852, Account name: St Francis Day & Boarding Primary School Ntinda, the US document may thereafter be collected from at the School Ntinda, upon presentation of payment record.
D. Pre-qualification submissions must be delivered and registered at the address below at or before 5.00 pm by Friday, 10 October, 2025.
E. Applications with the above information indicating LOY numbers, in sealed envelopes and accessories for the School District, RF Fancio Day & Boarding Primary School – Ntinda, Ntinda-Mountain Nanjay-moti, Natwan Division, Kampuay, should be submitted to the reception.

Exploits currently doing business with St Francis Day & Boarding Primary School – Ntinda (SFFrancis) should re-supply for this pre-qualification.
Where an applicant wishes to apply for more than one LOY category, the supplier must include the same in its profile and on the envelope.
