SALE BY PUBLIC BIDDING

INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SALE OF ASSORTED ITEMS. REF: PAU/DISP/2024-2025/00001/HR&A

The Petroleum Authority of Uganda (PAU) intends to sell Used Assorted items by Public Bidding Disposal Method. The Used Materials are sold on an 'as is, where is' basis, and PAU will have no further liability after the sale. The PAU now invites sealed bids for the purchase of the following materials:

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, Cap.205.

Interested and qualifying bidders may inspect the items at Central Stores, Petroleum House, 1st Floor, Wing A, Entebbe from 13th to 23rd May 2025 between 9:00 am and 4:30 pm (Local Time).

Additional Job Description:
The Petroleum Authority of Uganda (PAU) is conducting a public sale of used assets through a competitive bidding process. The available items include:

1. ICT Equipment (computers, printers, networking devices)
2. Tyres (various sizes and conditions)
3. Office Furniture (desks, chairs, cabinets)

Key Requirements for Bidders:

• Must inspect items in person during designated viewing period
• Must submit sealed bids with all required documentation
• Must arrange and pay for transportation/removal of purchased items
• Payment must be made within specified timeframe after award

Important Notes:

• All items sold "as-is" with no warranties
• PAU reserves right to accept/reject any or all bids
• Bidders must comply with PPDA Act 2003 regulations
