INVITATION TO BID UNDER OPEN DOMESTIC BIDDING FOR PROCUREMENT OF ASSORTED OFFICE STATIONERY AND SMALL OFFICE EQUIPMENT- NIRA/SUPLS/25-26/00042

1. National Identification and Registration Authority (NIRA) has received funds from Government of Uganda (GOU) to be used for the Procurement of Assorted Stationery and Small Office Equipment under a framework contract for 24 Months.

2. The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the following Supplies:

• LOT 1: Assorted Office Stationery

• LOT 2: Small Office Equipment

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, Cap 205 and the Regulations made under the Act and is open to all bidders.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 7(a) from 08:00 am - 5:00 pm (working Days).

5. The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 7(a) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100.000/- (Uganda Shillings One Hundred Thousand Only) to the Bank- (Cash Payments shall not be allowed).

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 7(a) at or before 11:00 am on 13th January 2026. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security (Bank Guarantee) of UGX 10.000,000/- (Uganda Shillings Ten Million Only) for LOT 1 and UGX 4.000,000 (Uganda Shillings Four Million only) for Lot 2. For those that may wish to submit securities in form of Bid Bonds (insurance), the securities shall be UGX 20.000,000 for Lot 1 and UGX 8.000,000 for Lot 2. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 7(b) at 11:30 a.m on 13th January 2026.
