Kasese District Local Government has received funds from Government of Uganda under various programmes and intends to use part of the money to procure works for the Financial Year 2025/2026. The Entity hereby invites competent firms to submit sealed applications folds for the item below:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

(A) Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding method procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets (Amendment of Schedule 4) Instrument 2023. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of non – refundable fees of shs 50,000= for each item. Mode of payment is by IRAS at the District cashier’s office.

(B) Inspection/purchase of bidding documents is the office of the Head Procurement and Disposal Unit, Kasese District headquarters. Terms and conditions are found in the bidding documents that can be obtained from Procurement and Disposal Unit from 08:30am to 05:00pm.

(C) You are required to submit two copies of the bid documents which must be properly sealed and clearly marked “TENDER FOR” ……, and should be addressed and submitted to The Head Procurement and Disposal Unit, Kasese District Local Government, P.O. Box 250, Kasese not later than 10:00 am of 27th November 2025 thereafter bids will be opened the same day at 10:30 am in the PDU boardroom and interested bidders should attend.
