Windle International Uganda (WIU) is an International Non-Governmental Organisation dedicated to providing inclusive, equitable and quality education and skills development for refugees and host communities across 13 refugee settlements and vulnerable communities across Uganda. WIU works with education and development partners to create pathways that connect learning and skills to livelihoods, economic opportunities and greater self-reliance, while supporting refugees, persons affected by conflict, host communities and other vulnerable populations to build resilience and improve their wellbeing.
With funding from UNHCR, WIU invites eligible, reputable, and registered Events Management companies to submit individually sealed technical and financial bids for the activities outlined below:

Interested companies are invited to access the complete set of bid documents, including, Instructions to bidders, available on the Windle International Uganda website. The documents will be accessible from Monday, 24th August 2026, until Friday, 28th August 2026.
The submission deadline is Friday, 28th August 2026 at 12:00 noon by email to wiu.tenders@windle.org.
