Invitation To Bid for Supply of goods, provision of services and execution of works tender At Henrob Hospital Zzana

Henrob Hospital Zzana, a private healthcare facility located along Entebbe Road in Zzana, Wakiso District, Uganda, provides comprehensive inpatient and outpatient healthcare services to patients and communities in and around the Greater Kampala area. The Hospital offers a range of general and specialist medical services, supported by laboratory, radiology, surgical, dental and other diagnostic and clinical services.
In line with its commitment to maintaining quality healthcare services, efficient hospital operations and timely availability of essential supplies and support services, Henrob Hospital Zzana invites sealed bids from eligible, qualified and experienced firms, companies, contractors and service providers for the supply of goods, provision of services and execution of works required by the Hospital during the 2026/2028 procurement period.
The procurement opportunities cover a broad range of requirements necessary for the effective operation and continuous delivery of healthcare services at the Hospital.

Collection, transportation and disposal of general/non-hazardous waste from hospital operations, offices, kitchens and residential areas. |

Collection, transportation, treatment and disposal of infectious waste, sharps, pathological waste, pharmaceutical waste and other hazardous healthcare waste. |

Provision of furniture and carpentry services, including supply, repair, maintenance, installation and customization of office and hospital furniture, fittings, doors, shelves, cabinets and other related wooden works. |

SUP/21 |
Vehicle repairs and maintenance |
Provision of routine and corrective vehicle maintenance services, including servicing, mechanical and electrical repairs, diagnostics, replacement of worn or damaged parts, tyre and battery services and other repairs necessary to ensure vehicles remain safe, reliable and roadworthy. |
The Standard Bidding Document shall be available to interested eligible bidders from Thursday, 17th September 2026 at the Procurement Office of Henrob Hospital Zzana.
Interested bidders may obtain and inspect the Bidding Document during working hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, or request further information from the Procurement Unit through procurement@henrobhospital.com.
A complete set of the Bidding Document may be obtained upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of UGX 50,000 (Uganda Shillings Fifty Thousand only). Payment shall be made through the Hospital's designated payment account and bidders shall present proof of payment when collecting the Bidding Document.
Bidders are advised to carefully review the Bidding Document, including the Instructions to Bidders, Bid Data Sheet, eligibility requirements, specifications, Schedule of Requirements, evaluation criteria and conditions of contract, before preparing and submitting their bids.
Firms and service providers already registered on the Hospital's approved supplier list under the relevant categories are encouraged to participate. However, participation shall remain open to other eligible and qualified firms that meet the requirements specified in the Bidding Document.
Bids must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the instructions contained in the Bidding Document and delivered to the designated submission address at Henrob Hospital Zzana, Entebbe Road, Zzana, Wakiso District, Uganda, on or before 15th November 2026 at 12:00 Noon (EAT).
Late bids shall not be accepted. Electronic submission of bids shall not be permitted where prohibited in the Bid Data Sheet.
Bids shall be opened immediately after the submission deadline at the venue specified in the Bidding Document.
Henrob Hospital Zzana reserves the right, in accordance with the provisions of the Bidding Document, to accept or reject any bid, in whole or in part and to cancel or amend the procurement process where circumstances so require.
