A DEVELOPMENTAL OPPORTUNITY

• Receive guidance, coaching and supervised exposure across core HR functions.
• Is this you?
• HR degree + 1 year's relevant experience
• OR HR diploma + 2 years' experience
• Basic knowledge of Ugandan HR practice
• Strong MS Office and communication skills
• Integrity, confidentiality and willingness to learn

• Assist with records and documentation, including contracts, files, attendance, and leave management.
• Contribute to performance and engagement activities, such as appraisals, staff support, and follow-up.
• Support HR operations, including policies, payroll inputs, training, and reports.
• Receive guidance, coaching, and supervised exposure across core HR functions.
