Job Summary

To assist chefs in food preparation while maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients.
• Wash and cut vegetables.
• Portion food items.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness.
• Receive and organize supplies.
• Support chefs during meal preparation.
• Follow food hygiene procedures.

Qualifications

• Certificate in Food Production or Catering is an advantage.
• Knowledge of food hygiene practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Level of Education: bachelor degree
