We are looking for 5 exceptional graduates ready to dive into the deep end of strategy consulting, business transformation, and investment advisory. This 6-month intensive programme is designed to bridge the gap between academic excellence and high-performance consulting.Administration Careers

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

This is an accelerated launchpad. As a Graduate Trainee, you won’t just observe—you will contribute.

• Real-World Impact: Work on live consulting projects and digital transformation strategies.
• Cross-Disciplinary Exposure: Collaborate across legal, tech, finance, and marketing workstreams.
• High-Stakes Environment: Develop the mental models and communication skills required by top-tier firms.
• Direct Mentorship: Learn the “Magezi Way” from seasoned consultants and industry experts.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

We are selecting one standout candidate from each of the following disciplines:

• Law
• Software Engineering / IT
• Marketing
• Accounting / Finance
• Communications / Public Relations

Program Roadmap (6 Months)

• Foundations: Consulting bootcamp and analytical framework training.
• Rotations: Exposure to cross-functional business units.
• Delivery: Ownership of client deliverables and project modules.
• Capstone: Final strategy project presented to the leadership team.

Compensation & Future

• Monthly Facilitation: Transport & Lunch support.
• The Goal: We hire for keeps. High-performing trainees will be offered permanent Associate roles upon completion.
