MAINTENANCE & TECHNICAL SUPPORT TECHNICIAN

Reporting to: Engineering Manager

Job Summary:

He/she will be responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting machinery and equipment in industrial, manufacturing, and technical environments, perform preventive maintenance, read technical blueprints, operate tools to overhaul systems (e.g., pumps, conveyors, motors), and document maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Installs, repairs, maintains machinery & mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance.
• Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation.
• Dismantles, removes defective parts and diagnoses to a solution.
• Determines changes in requirements of parts and supplies by checking stock and placing orders.
• Maintains inventories of equipment parts and supplies by checking stock and placing orders.
• Trains sales and other workers on routine preventive maintenance and product knowledge.
• Provides mechanical maintenance information by answering questions and requests for customer base satisfaction.
• Prepares maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment by complying with safety procedures, precautions and regulations Acts of workshop.
• Promote flexibility to sale and also perform After sales services to customers.
• Daily routine monitoring, updating and fix items on display.

Requirements:

1. Degree in mechanical engineering or similar related certifications
2. 3-year experience working in the similar environment
3. In depth knowledge of industrial and tools.
4. Ability to use diagnosis tools, repair and assemble tools.
5. Ability to work and deliver on timeline provided or requested.
