Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the shoe care shop.
• Provide information about shoe care products and services.
• Attend to customer inquiries and recommend suitable solutions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive shop environment.
• Handle daily shop activities including product arrangement and customer service.
• Create engaging content for marketing and promotional purposes.
• Communicate with customers professionally through in-person interactions and digital platforms.
• Support promotion of the business through social media and customer engagement.
• Maintain good relationships with clients and encourage repeat business.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the shop management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Male applicant aged between 20–25 years.
• Good command of English language.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Positive attitude, honesty, and willingness to learn.
• Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is an added advantage.
