Job Purpose
To provide excellent customer service, manage daily shop operations, promote shoe care products and services, and support customer engagement through effective communication and content creation.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the shoe care shop.
- Provide information about shoe care products and services.
- Attend to customer inquiries and recommend suitable solutions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive shop environment.
- Handle daily shop activities including product arrangement and customer service.
- Create engaging content for marketing and promotional purposes.
- Communicate with customers professionally through in-person interactions and digital platforms.
- Support promotion of the business through social media and customer engagement.
- Maintain good relationships with clients and encourage repeat business.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the shop management.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Male applicant aged between 20–25 years.
- Good command of English language.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to interact confidently with clients.
- Ability to create content for business promotion.
- Positive attitude, honesty, and willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is an added advantage.
