Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Marketeer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
2. Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and measure the success of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, events).
3. Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company's brand image and reputation.
4. Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging content (written, visual, video) to support marketing campaigns.
5. Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and search engine optimization (SEO).
6. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze marketing metrics (e.g., website traffic, engagement, conversion rates) to measure campaign effectiveness.
7. Budget Management: Manage marketing budget to ensure effective allocation of resources.
8. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, product, customer success) to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field - Aplicant should have graduated in the last 2 years
2. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
3. Skills:
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and social media management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
4. Certifications: Professional certifications such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, or Facebook Blueprint are an added advantage.
Nice to Have:
1. Experience in credit is added advantage.
2. Experience with: Content management systems (CMS), customer relationship management (CRM) software, and marketing attribution modeling.
3. Knowledge of: Data analysis, market research, and competitor analysis.
