About the Role

We are seeking a creative and experienced Mixologist to craft innovative cocktails, enhance guest experiences, and contribute to a vibrant and professional bar environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and prepare signature cocktails and beverages.
• Recommend drinks based on customer preferences.
• Maintain high standards of beverage quality and presentation.
• Manage bar inventory and minimize wastage.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Keep the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Stay updated on beverage trends and introduce new menu ideas.
• Deliver outstanding customer service.

Requirements

• Relevant experience as a Mixologist.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverages.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
