Role Overview
As a Nursery Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping young minds. You will work in a small, dynamic team with a focus on student-centered teaching, reporting to the Head Teacher. Position Details

Key Responsibilities
1. Instruct students individually and in groups using various teaching methods.
2. Establish and enforce rules for behavior and procedures for classroom management.
3. Guide and counsel students with academic and adjustment problems.
4. Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet diverse student needs.
5. Plan and conduct balanced instructional activities that encourage student engagement.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Post-secondary Diploma in Education or related fields.
- 5-7 years of relevant teaching experience.
- Skills in Learning Strategies, Speaking, Monitoring, Reading Comprehension, and Writing.
- Knowledge in Education and Training, Mathematics, Customer Service, and Administration.
- Proficiency in Swahili.
Preferred Qualifications
- Time Management skills.
- Experience in preparing teaching materials and assessing student performance.
- Ability to read books to entire classes or small groups.
