JOB DETAILS:

Job Summary

The Nurse is responsible for delivering quality nursing care by assessing patients, administering medications, monitoring patient progress, and supporting the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Care

• Assess and monitor patients' conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs and document patient progress.
• Assist in medical procedures and patient examinations.

Patient Education

• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and preventive healthcare.
• Provide emotional support to patients and families.

Compliance

• Maintain accurate nursing records.
• Adhere to infection prevention, patient safety, and professional nursing standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

• Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Nursing.
• Valid practicing licence from the relevant nursing regulatory body.

Experience

• Previous nursing experience is an added advantage.
