Overview:
CPP is hiring a Pipeline Lower-In Crew Lead to supervise pipeline installation, ensuring precision, safety, and quality during a major oil and gas project.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise lower-in crews during pipeline installation, ensuring accurate alignment.
- Interpret technical drawings and ensure adherence to project specifications.
- Manage resources, including cranes, sidebooms, and other equipment.
- Oversee equipment use and maintenance to prevent downtime.
- Report progress and challenges to supervisors, ensuring transparency.
- Enforce safety and quality standards throughout the lowering process.
Qualifications:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years’ experience in pipeline lowering for oil and gas projects.
- Strong leadership skills with a history of managing field crews.
- Technical expertise in pipeline installation and equipment operation.
- Problem-solving skills to address alignment and installation challenges.
- Commitment to safety protocols and standards.
