Set payment terms, negotiation practices, department optimization and management.

Receive orders from various departments, initiate and keep track of orders, receive, inspect and distribute orders, reconcile or resolve order discrepancies with suppliers

Maintain and update a list of suppliers.

Monitor delivery times to ensure they are on time

Efficiently multitask, prioritize, and manage time.

Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

A committed Christian with a strong moral compass

At least 2 years working in procurement

Experience working in an NGO is a plus.

Diploma or Degree in Procurement/Supply Chain/Logistics Management is required.

Strong communication skills oral and written abilities are needed to build and sustain supplier relationships.

Experience in procurement software systems

Strong math and calculation skills

Strong organizational skills
