Position : Production Manager - Kampala

We are looking for a Production Manager.

Responsibilities :

• Plan and manage daily production schedules for all print jobs.
• Oversee the entire production process including pre-press, press, and finishing.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and client specifications.
• Supervise and manage production staff, including machine operators and finishing teams.
• Monitor workflow and improve efficiency to reduce delays and downtime.
• Coordinate with sales and customer service teams on job requirements and timelines.
• Ensure proper operation, maintenance, and servicing of printing equipment.

Required profile for job ad : Production Manager - Kampala

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in print production, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong understanding of printing processes (digital and/or offset printing).
• Proven experience managing production teams and workflows.
