Job Description
- Assessing the quality of all coffee coming in and going out
- Maintaining proper records of all quality analysis reports
- Update and follow-up all data samples sent to clients
- Make sure coffee meets expected standards all the way through the processing and warehousing chain
- Help the trade department selecting lots in line with client’s specs
- Liaise with UCDA officials to ensure the exported coffee meet their standards
- Update the quality department SOP
