Background

MCCCA Kisubi seeks to recruit a suitable qualified persons to the following Volunteer positions.

Responsibilities

Welcome and greet visitors, students, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.

Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.

Provide information about the college, its programs, and services.

Manage student and visitor inquiries, registrations, and appointments.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Assist with basic administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.

Ensure security protocols are followed for visitor access and identification.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree, Masters, Degree, PHD

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: postgraduate degree
