REQUEST FOR BIDS FOR PROVISION OF HOTEL AND CONFERENCE SERVICES UNDER FRAMEWORK CONTRACT ARRANGEMENTS

1. The Government of Uganda received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of the Investment for Industrial Transformation and Employment (INITEF) Project and intends to apply part of the process to adopt the Framework Contract for HOTEL and Contractee Services.

2. Government of Uganda, represented by Private Sector Foundation (Ugrade IPSFU), nominates sealed Data from eligible Brokers for the above services.

3. Bioting with a combined Hongkha Regional funds (RFB) procedure as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for RFB Borrowers” dated November 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”), and to open to all eligible Brokers as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

4. Interested eligible Brokers may obtain further information from PSFU-NVITE. Enable procurement@hhtb.glugr and Inspired the Bioting Document during office hours (8 July on to 5:00 pm) at the address given in No. 3.

5. The bioting documents may be purchased by interested brokers on the address of a written application to the address below at No. 3 and upon payment of a non-bribery date of US$ 0,000.0 (Ugrade Istituto IPN thousand only). Payment will be made to Ugrade Revenue Authority through a convenient commercial bank plan debating a Bank Payment Anker Form from the UN available. Brokers must have arrangements with current service providers to have the bioting documentation delivered to them. However, PSFU-NVITE shall not accept liability for loss or false delivery.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address in No. 9 by 11:00 am on or before November 14, 2025. Electronic Bioting will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Biotech designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 11:00 am on November 14, 2025.

7. All bids must be accompanied by a duty signed bid Securing Declaration in the format provided in the bioting documents. The Bid Securing Declaration shall remain valid until February 28, 2025.

8. Address for Inspector/inviolates of bioting documents, and submission of Bids.
