World Vision Uganda (WVU) is a Christian humanitarian, relief, development, and advocacy organization committed to working with children, families, and communities to overcome poverty and injustice. WVU invites qualified and experienced service providers to submit bids for the provision of tea catering services for World Vision Uganda staff at the Ndifakula Office, which includes the Nickasero, Kisori, and GIK locations.

Expression of Interest and Bidding Document

Interested service providers are invited to express their interest and obtain the bidding documents by submitting their company details to wvu_tenders@wvl.org. Submissions must clearly indicate the subject matter and must be received no later than Wednesday, 24th September 2025, at 5:30 PM.

Bid Submission

All bids must be submitted electronically via our online sourcing system no later than Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at 5:30 PM.

Opening of Proposals

The bid opening will be conducted in accordance with World Vision Uganda's procurement procedures.

Important Notes

Only successful bidders will be contacted. All other bidders will receive a debrief via email after the evaluation process is complete.

World Vision Uganda reserves the right to reject any bid and is under no obligation to award the contract to the lowest bidder or to any bidder.

Any form of lobbying will result in immediate disqualification.
