China petroleum Pipeline Engineering Co. Ltd. (hereinafter abbreviated as CPP) as Pipeline, Feederline & Above Ground InstaContractor for the East African Crude Oil Pipeline (CAC) reject invites experienced and reputable Contractors to exprinterest in providing Temporary Camps and Accessing Roads Construction Services to the EACOP Project.
The COP Project involves the construction and operation of an underground and cross-border pipeline to transport crude oil for export mrnational markets. The pipeline will run from Kabaale, Hoint in Uganda to the Chongoleani peninsula near Tanga in Tanzan. The length of the pipeline is 1,443 km, of which 296 km will bin Uganda
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE SCOPE OF THE SERVICES:

Fouration for all camp facilities including but not be limited to Portacabin houses, offices, kitchen, canteens, laundries, & showers, guard houses, clinic, water tanks, fuel tanks,
Terpstruction for the drainage and electrical cables
mild of roads and relevant areas, including but not be uite to the material supply and construction for access Toad internal roads in Main Camp and Pipe Yard (MCPY). storage and prefabricated areas, football pitch, basketball pitch, fuel station, etc.;
The build of marshalling yard
The water wells engineering and construction.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
The Procurement include: Provisions for water tanks, treatment equipment of water supply & sewage, Electrical system, fence and gale, etc; and
• Proof of business registration and business license for Uganda. Proof of registration with the Uganda Tax Revenue Authority. Proof of registration with the National Suppler Database (NSD) for Uganda.
• Compliance with the Petroleum Midstream National Content Regulation # 34,2016 for Uganda.
• Uganda Registration Service Bureau (URSB) Annual returns of the latest year.
• Fully filled Questionnaire, Key personnel list with CV(Appendix1) and Equipment list of production and inspection (Appendix2) in requested format. (Blank regards as unqualified item) Similar supplying experience within last three years (Appendix) in requested format
• Copy of certificates of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 or equivalent of them.
• Tax Clearance Certificate for the latest year available.
Companies which have the ability, capacity, and resources to implement the activities listed above should express their interest by sending together with the documents stated in the above section through an email to biddingbox@cpptz.com (Max. Email Size: 20 MBs, all documents must be submitted in the English language) on or before 24:00 hours East African Time (EAT), on 23 June 2024. Subject of the email should be "EOI for CPP-PROC-UG-002-0822 (RE-ADVERTISE)-20240523-COMPANY NAME". CPP reserves the right not to consider companies that submit an incorrect email subject and the incorrect format of Appendix 1, 2, and 3.

Note: CPP will review and assess the documents provided by companies that have expressed interest in accordance with this
Installation for relevant facilities of Main Camp and Pipe Yards COI and conduct evaluations based on internal criteria to determine (MCPYS) (if any), including but not to be limited to:
• Installation and decoration of camp portacabin houses offices, kitchen, canteens, laundries, toilet & showers, guard houses, clinic, water tanks, fuel tanks, treatment equipment of water supply & sewage, Electrical system, fence and gate, etc;
• The power connection from the local grid to the camp and relevant installation
• The water line connection from existing water utilities networks to the camp,
• Companies or organizations expressing their interest are invited to document their request with:
• which companies will be included in the list of pre-qualified companies.
• Only the pre-qualified companies will receive, by signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), an invitation to bid as a continuation of the call for tender process.
• CPP reserves the right at its sole discretion to make the decision to select or reject a company and maintain its decision.
Companies who have submitted the EOI responses to REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR PROVISION OF TEMPORARY CAMPS AND ACCESSING ROADS CONSTRUCTION WORKS No. CPP-PROC-UG-002-0822 on 22nd August 2022 continue to be valid. EOI response could be submitted again if any renewed information is added. Companies who submitted documents in the past should also be informed through email that EOI is being re-issued
