Bid Submission:

All bids must be submitted electronically via our online sourcing system no later than Wednesday, September 9th, 2026 at 5:30 PM. Bidders are advised to rely on the bid closing time indicated in the sourcing event, as it accounts for any adjustments in case of changes to the closing date and time.

Opening of Proposals:

Bid opening will be conducted in accordance with World Vision Uganda’s internal procedures on Thursday, September 10th, 2026.

Kindly note that only successful bidders shall be contacted. If you do not hear from us within 1 (one) month after the bid submission deadline, consider your bid unsuccessful.

• World Vision will collect and process personal data submitted as part of responses to this Terms of Reference, including names, contact details, CVs and professional information, for the purposes of managing the procurement process, including evaluation, due diligence, contracting, and contract management. The processing of this data is necessary for the administration of the procurement process and, where applicable, for entering into and performing a contract with the successful bidder. Access to personal data will be restricted to authorised World Vision personnel and, where necessary, may be shared with relevant partners, auditors, or regulators in connection with procurement oversight and compliance obligations.
