The Ndere Cultural Centre is Uganda’s premier cultural hub and performance venue, located across a lush 9-acre property in Ntinda-Kisaasi, Kampala. Founded in 1986 by Stephen Rwangyezi, it serves as the home of the world-renowned Ndere Troupe, showcasing the traditional music, high-energy dance, drumming, and storytelling of over 56 distinct Ugandan ethnic tribes.

As Resort & Lodge Managers, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the resort and lodge facilities, ensuring a high standard of service for guests. This includes managing staff, maintaining property standards, coordinating events, and contributing to the overall success of the Ndere Cultural Centre as a premier destination.

Qualifications for this role include proven experience in hospitality management, strong leadership skills, and a passion for cultural tourism. A background in managing resort or lodge operations is essential. The ideal candidate will be adept at problem-solving and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
