Sales Executive at RCS Consult
We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, selling insurance products, and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell life, health, general, or other insurance products to individuals and corporate clients.
- Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
- Educate customers on the various insurance policies and tailor solutions based on client needs.
- Conduct needs analysis to determine suitable insurance coverage.
- Prepare and present insurance proposals and quotations.
- Follow up with prospective clients and close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Assist in after-sales service and policy renewals.
- Participate in sales training, marketing campaigns, and team meetings.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines from the Insurance Regulatory Authority of Uganda (IRA).
Qualifications & Requirements:
- ‘O’level, ’A’ level, Diploma, Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field
- No experience required
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Must possess integrity and a high level of professionalism.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of local languages is an added advantage.
