Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive with knowledge of offset printing and stationery products to join our team in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business, communicating with international clients, and preparing accurate printing quotations. Dubai serves customers from many different countries. Therefore, the candidate must have excellent English communication skills with clear pronunciation and the ability to confidently interact with international clients. The ideal candidate should understand offset printing specifications, costing structures, and the commercial printing market.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Market Development
- Identify and approach potential corporate clients, traders, and procurement teams across Dubai.
- Generate new sales opportunities for offset printing and stationery products.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Client Communication
- Meet clients and understand their printing requirements.
- Explain printing options, materials, and specifications clearly.
- Maintain professional communication with both clients and internal production teams.
Costing & Quotation
- Prepare accurate quotations for offset printing jobs.
- Understand printing processes including:
- Paper GSM and specifications
- Plate making
- CMYK color printing
- Finishing processes such as lamination, die cutting, binding, and packaging
- Coordinate with production teams and suppliers for accurate pricing.
- Respond quickly to client quotation requests and manage multiple RFQs simultaneously.
Business Development
- Conduct regular market visits to build new client relationships.
- Develop opportunities within:
- Corporate offices
- Advertising agencies
- Retail brands
- Trading companies
- Event companies
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in offset printing, commercial printing, or stationery sales preferred.
- Printing press experience preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation suitable for communicating with international clients.
- Ability to understand printing specifications and costing calculations.
- Strong attention to detail when handling printing specifications and client requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple client quotations efficiently and respond quickly to inquiries.
- Confident personality and ability to meet clients independently.
- Basic knowledge of the Dubai printing market is an advantage.
Compensation
- Base Salary: AED 3,000 per month (including accommodation)
- Sales Commission: Performance-based incentives on achieved sales
Employment & Benefits

- Annual Leave: 1 month paid leave every year
- Annual Ticket: One-way air ticket to home country every year
- Overtime: As per company policy and UAE labour regulations

- Contract Period: 2 Years
