Donswift is hiring for a client in the Agricultural and Gardening Equipment industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales and Marketing Manager to join a dynamic team.
Responsibilities
The role involves developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to grow revenue, leading and monitoring the performance of the sales team, and building and maintaining relationships with key customers, dealers, and distributors.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in tools, machinery, or hardware. Strong leadership skills are essential.
