Role Overview

The Sales and Marketing Vice President will lead our sales initiatives, working closely with a dedicated team to drive growth through strategic marketing efforts. This role requires leadership qualities, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to innovate within a structured environment.

Position Details

• Employment Type: Full-time
• Location: Ntinda, Kampala
• Reporting Structure: Reports to COO
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

1. Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of our marketing services.

2. Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.

3. Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.

4. Assess marketing potential of new and existing store locations, considering statistics and expenditures.

5. Direct, coordinate, and review sales and service accounting and record-keeping, as well as receiving and shipping.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing.
• Required Skills: Persuasion, Critical Thinking, Social Perceptiveness, Negotiation, Time Management.
• Required Knowledge Areas: Sales and Marketing, Customer and Personal Service, Computers and Electronics, Communications and Media.
• Proficiency in English.
• Required Technology Knowledge: CRM software (Zoho), Calendar and scheduling software (Google Calendar), Sales and marketing software (Excel), Spreadsheet software (Excel), Database management system software (Blue Sonet).
