Background

Greenhill Academy Kibuli invites applications from suitably qualified, experienced and responsible candidates for the following positions:

SECURITY GUARD

Administration

Kibuli

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of learners, staff, visitors and school property.
• Monitor access to and from the school premises and maintain appropriate visitor controls.
• Conduct regular patrols of the assigned areas.
• Report suspicious activities, security incidents, hazards or breaches promptly.
• Maintain accurate security records, including visitor and incident registers.
• Enforce school security procedures and respond appropriately to emergencies.
• Safeguard school property and ensure that unauthorised persons do not gain access to restricted areas.
• Perform other security-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a relevant secondary school qualification.
• Previous experience in security work will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit, alert and disciplined.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality and responsibility.
• Ability to remain calm and professional when handling challenging situations.
• Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency procedures will be an added advantage.
