JOB DETAILS:
JOB DUTIES:
- Plan and produce custom cakes by coordinating production, baking and decoration to meet customer requirements.
- Train and mentor students in cake production and decoration through practical instruction and guidance.
- Support production operations by maintaining food safety, quality standards and an efficient work environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong knowledge of baking, recipe development and food safety.
- Experience in cake production and decoration.
- Strong communication and mentoring skills.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
