Job Description
Main Purpose:
Lead the end‑to‑end fixed broadband technology domain—including, GPON/FTTH/FTTB/FTTO, Fixed Wireless, Enterprise and Wholesale connectivity, driving network deployment strategies and quality.
Ensure reliable, scalable, secure broadband services for consumer and enterprise customers by delivering high network performance, efficient rollout, top-tier SLA adherence, and continuous optimization.

Job Title: Senior Manager – Enterprise Support
Reports to: Chief Technology & Information Officer
No. of Vacancies: 1
Main Job Functions:
- Lead FTTx network planning and design, deployment prioritization and standards for passive and active network.
- Drive architectural decisions: ODN design, split ratios, GPON OLT locations, PoP expansion, backbone and aggregation topologies.
- Ensure network optimisation and evolution plans addressing capacity demand, resilience and cost optimization.
- Ensure technology roadmap for FTTx, GPON and last‑mile technologies.
- Drive connectivity initiatives from commercial for broadband, enterprise and wholesale milestones.
- Drive Digital Transformation Initiatives with IT teams to support Broadband processes.
- Ensure adherence to engineering standards, safety, right-of-way regulations, and build quality
- Provide support to network operations and other departments to improve service delivery and customer experience
- Manage vendor performance, contractor SLAs, and key contractual relationships.
- Stakeholder management with internal teams for project execution.
- Budgeting requirements and submission for all CAPEX initiatives.
- Leadership and people development for broadband staff.
Education
Degree in Telecommunications Engineering/ Electrical Engineering
Work Experience
10 years’ experience in specialization with atleast 8 years' experience in FTTx & GPON deployment leadership
Manager track record
Skills / physical competencies:
- In depth understanding of last mile broadband and enterprise deployment and technologies
- Knowledge of fixed transmission and access network planning
- Fiber deployment Certifications
- GPON deployment Certifications
- Project management skills with Certifications an advantage
- Proficiency in Map reading and digital mapping tools (Google Earth, QGIS ,Demand Planners)
- Experience in handling Right of Way processes.
