JOB DETAILS:

Background

This role is for a Special Needs Teacher at Nakaseke Christian Primary School.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and identify the individual needs of learners with disabilities or learning difficulties.
• Develop and implement individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
• Use specialized teaching strategies and adapted materials.
• Collaborate with mainstream teachers, parents, and caregivers for inclusive support.
• Maintain records of progress and provide regular feedback.

Qualifications & Experience:

• A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Special Needs Education.
• Registration with the relevant professional body.
• Patience, empathy, and creativity in adapting teaching methods.
