Background information about the job or company:

Manage the allocated SPREAD within the pipeline lots and area packages. Support EACOP staff and contractors to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of the pipeline and associated infrastructure (Electrical, Instrumentation, Telecom, Security). Ensure clear instructions and guidance are provided to local partners and contractors. Provide on-the-job training and coaching to local personnel and monitor their performance.

Qualifications or requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of greenfield pipeline construction experience in the Oil & Gas sector.
• 10 years of experience within a cross-functional oil & gas pipeline project team (field engineering, interface, construction, commissioning).
• Experience analyzing construction metrics and creating accurate KPI reports for management.
• Competency in International Oil and Gas Pipelines and relevant project delivery software.
