Multi-Community Based Development Initiative (MUCOBADI), a Ugandan National Non-Government Organization implementing the YEELD Project, invites sealed bids from eligible, competent and reputable firms for the supply and delivery of the items listed below:

Eligibility & Bid Requirements
• Valid certificate of incorporation and trading license
• Company profile with evidence of prior experience supplying similar items
• VAT registration certificate (where VAT is quoted) and WHT exemption certificate (where applicable)
• Bids must be priced per lot, with a full cost breakdown, payment terms and warranty details
• A valid National Information Technology Authority- Uganda (NITA-U) certificate for Lot 2

Detailed technical specifications may be collected free of charge from the MUCOBADI Naalya Office, Plot 489 Spine Road, Naalya Estate, Kampala, or Access RFQs on this Link https://drive.google.com/file/d/1FZ2Sw3bSCvM6eYO4XsY_mbYUmk6SCODZ/view?usp=sharing requested by email at procurement@mucobadi.org, from Thursday 3rd September 2026.

Submission & Bid Opening
• Sealed bids clearly marked with the Lot number and Reference Number should be addressed to the Chairperson, MUCOBADI Procurement Committee.
• Deadline for submission: Wednesday, 16th September 2026 at 5:00pm.
• Bids may be delivered to MUCOBADI Naalya Office, Plot 489 Spine Road, Naalya Estate, Kampala.
• Bid opening: Monday, 21st September 2026 at 11:00am at MUCOBADI Bugiri Office Plot 2 Ayazika Road. Bidders are encouraged to attend.
• Late bids will not be accepted.
