Bank of Uganda invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for:

2. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domains Bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, Cap 202, and is open to all bidders.
3. The Bidding document shall be inspected online under the procurement tab on the Bank of Uganda website www.bou.org.
4. The bidding document will be issued to interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UCX.100,000 through a Commercial Bank to the account below:

5. The Bidding document will be issued to interested bidders by email upon submission of proof of payment by procurement@bou.org. OR Bidders may download the bidding document from the Bank of Uganda website www.bou.org and submit their bid with proof of payment.
6. The deadline for bid submission shall be at 11.00am EAT on July 25, 2025.
