Location: Kampala, Uganda (On-site with potential for hybrid)

We’re a dynamic creative agency specializing in social media management, video production, and digital marketing solutions. Our telesales team is the first voice potential clients hear – and the spark that ignites long-term partnerships.
Role overview
As a Telesales Representative, you’ll be the frontline warrior driving our agency’s growth. Your mission: Turn cold calls into warm leads, and prospects into paying clients for our retainer-based services. This is a high-energy role perfect for persuasive communicators who love closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Sales (80%)
- Make 80-100 outbound calls daily to prospects (business owners, marketing managers)
- Present Price Media’s services with clarity and enthusiasm
- Identify client pain points and position our solutions as the answer
- Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team
Lead Management (20%)
- Update CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) with accurate call notes and lead status
- Follow up on warm leads via call/email to nurture toward conversion
- Achieve monthly targets:
- 15+ qualified appointments booked
- 5+ new client acquisitions
Skills & Qualifications
- + years in telesales, call center, or high-volume sales (B2B preferred)
- Exceptional phone presence – clear, confident, and persuasive
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain positivity
- Basic understanding of digital marketing/social media
