Onfon Mobile Ltd, a leading mobile device financing and lending company, is expanding its regional reach and is looking to recruit 4 Territory Business Leads (TBLs) to manage various regions and their surrounding areas.

4 POSITIONS AVAILABLE

ROLE BRIEF

The Territory Business Lead will be responsible for:

• Driving sales performance within the assigned region.
• Onboarding new shops onto the Onfon Mobile platform.
• Recruiting, training, and managing Brand Ambassadors and Dealers.
• Growing the Onfon Mobile brand presence within the region.
• Coordinating and supporting after-sales services.
• Managing Dealer and OEM relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS & DESIRED SKILLS

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field – A MUST.
• At least 6 months’ experience in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Excellent customer relationship management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage and lead a team is highly desired
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
